Everyone knows, that in order to loose weight and keep it off you need to exercise and eat right. Everything from doing an Ashtanga yoga pose to taking a spinning class can help you take it off and keep it off. The best part of exercise in our modern world is that it can be fun! No need to make yourself doing a boring routine that drags, you can do fast moving dance like motions to music, or run on a treadmill to the sounds of Britney and Madonna!
I know we all hate excise but since its fun and the results are worth the effort to drag your but off the couch. The great thing about exercising at home is that you can watch friends while you do and it and you don’t have to worry about anyone seeing you naked (or in the baggy exercise clothing that scream 20 lbs ago!).
