I’ve been looking for some time for what to get my grandmother for her birthday next year and still can’t decide. She’s an avid wine drinker, so I think a gift relating to that would be a great idea. Right now, I’m leaning towards Riedel wine glasses as they seem to be her kind of style.

The danger with diet pills is that there are always those people out there that think they are the magic cure or that there are no side effects (and forget to read the small print). The thing is diet pills may speed up your metabolism but with that they speed YOU up, through the usage of certain drugs. There are so better diet pills out there, but the for me, the potiential risks are higher then the benefits.

So my one friend just got an elliptical machine and it is so fun to exercise on, or maybe its just the fact that we exercise together and modivate each other? Either way, listing to the top 40 and gossiping is an awesome distraction from getting all sweaty.
