It seems that all the celebrities now adays have made going to the drug treatment centers a fad. For the rest of us who can’t afford the “resort like settings” and actually need some hard love, where can you get it…with the shortage of nurses its amazing that we can even afford to keep the vast majority of the treatment centers open. Then again, as long as there are the illegal substances out there, there will always be someone who needs help to live their life without them.

So, we as a family finally decided what to get my grandparents for their anniversary. They both need new golf bags and they are both very avid golfers so why not get them something they will use and enjoy for years to come. Now comes deciding and a brand and colors. Two very hard choices. My grandmother is a bit…extravagant, but we figured we should go with something “respectable” and neutral like her current bag…because although fushia is a good idea…in practice I think not.

My friend and her family and planning a vacation to Europe right now because of the work bonus her dad received and it will probably be the last hurrah before she goes off to school in the fall. They were considering staying in a Tuscany villa rentals because then they could have the entire place to their self and not have to worry about their rooms not being side by side or having noisy neighbours. I can’t wait to see the pictures.

Dad was planning his summer trips and decided what better then to get some new luggage, he did his research and figured out how much he could afford (because who needs a twenty thousand dollar luggage bag, really?) and decided that he wanted to go with Rimowa luggage. It got great reviews and now he’s just deciding which style and color he wants.

New technologies surround us and fiber optic cables have been becoming more and more popular and are now even used in high speed internet. I remember the day when they, like all other technologies when new, cost a lot of money for very little or low quality.

This summer I had huge plans of taking some kinda of a luxury vacations, that was before I decided to definitely go to school and advance myself in my career. I don’t want to be 30 and making minimum wage, I just don’t. I can’t wait till a later point in life where I CAN take the vacation I want to take and not have to worry about tuition ect.

Father’s day is a ways away but I always have trouble finding my father the perfect gift. This year he mentioned wanting air tools to help him in remodeling the new house. Although expensive I think I could call this gift a few father’s days and give it this year…while still employed as being a working university student is hard enough.
